All assembling processes are automatically carried out directly on our production machines through the simultaneous feeding, manufacturing and assembling of metal strips and wires, various loose plastic and metallic parts, electric contacts made in noble metal alloys. Eventual operations of tapping, welding, pins or screws fixing and finished products special checking are all automatically carried out on the production machine during the assembling process, avoiding expensive additional re-working steps. The exclusion of manual operations guarantees absolute competitiveness in terms of quality levels and costs of the manufactured products. Our Technical Department is specialized in the designing of highly sophisticated tools which allow to take advantage at best of the infinite potentiality of the latest generation Bihler working centres (MC and BZ series) for the manufacturing of finished products and assemblies extremely difficult and complicated.
