The springs manufactured by M.S.Ambrogio are in carbon steel wire, stainless steel, phosphor bronze, beryllium copper, brass, and have a circular or square section with typical dimensions from 0,1 to 5 mm.
Our machines have 100% optical controls of the spring free length against the load with constant automatic restoring of the nominal free length and consequently immediate screening of the out of tolerance pieces. In case of Customer request, for wire diameters over than 0,5mm, the compression springs can be grinded, with perfect flat support surfaces and with extremely severe perpendicular conditions.
Extension springs are completely automatically manufactured by machines equipped with 100% load control systems via load-cells, able to screen the pieces out of tolerance directly on the machine. Further the types of eyelets on our extension springs can be of various sorts (German, English, extended, shaped) with extremely limited position tolerances.
Our production range is completed finally with simple or double torsion springs, which productive process foresees the normalizing treatment just after the shaping operation through mat ovens which have homogenous temperatures constantly controlled by thermal regulators, in order to minimize the angular variations of the springs ends.
