The Bihler shearing off/bending centres allow us to obtain automatically very complex geometric shapes. The Bruderer high-speed presses allow us to produce high volumes series of shaped components with the maximum efficiency and precision constancy. On high tons Minster presses (up to 315 tons), high strength materials are sheared off and bent, allowing the usage of moulds worktop up to 3 meters long. For metal wires shaping, we use bending/rolling machines either traditional and computer numerically controlled. Further additional operations, such as threading and welding, are realized directly on the machine during the production process.
